- Capable of delivering clear, structured communication that is free from jargon.
- Highly organised with excellent time-management skills.
- Innovative thinker with the ability to approach challenges creatively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Resilient and confident in managing difficult conversations.
- Quick to learn and an effective team player.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing well under pressure.
- Flexible availability to work shifts including 09:00-18:00, 10:00-19:00, 12:00-21:00, or 13:00-22:00.
