Role Purpose

To provide efficient administrative and operational support in the co-ordination, preparation, and distribution of complementary product packs.

Requirements

  • Matric
  • 2 - 3 years of client service and administration experience
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • Good understanding of the industry would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Oracle System would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Compile complementary product packs and prepare for distribution via courier partner
  • Record queries and interactions on the workflow system as required
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve queries
  • Liaise with clients (telephonically and via written correspondence) for gathering information and handling queries
  • Liaise with courier partner regarding the delivery of packs
  • Manage work volumes in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure these are maintained
  • Respond timeously to escalations regarding complementary product packs
  • Stock control and stats recording
  • Any additional ad hoc functions that may be required from time to time
