SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise software implementation projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised professional who enjoys working with customers, managing complex projects, and driving technology solutions from planning through to deployment.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate end-to-end software implementation projects Gather and analyse customer requirements and oversee system configuration, interfaces and reporting requirements Develop and manage project plans, timelines and key milestones Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams Ensure successful project delivery, customer satisfaction and ongoing support Collaborate across departments to deliver effective software solutions Requirements: Degree or qualification in Business Informatics, Information Systems, IT, Business Management or a related field Proven experience managing software implementation or IT projects Strong understanding of project management methodologies and software deployment processes Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills Highly organised with a structured and analytical approach Willingness to travel when required Advantageous: Experience within the logistics, transport or supply chain industry Exposure to Transport Management Systems (TMS) or enterprise software solutions Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders This role is ideal for a proactive project professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering technology solutions that create real business value.
