SUMMARY

Our client based in Pretoria is currently seeking to appoint a "Head of Buying and Planning" to join their team. Salary: Market related and depending on experience.

POSITION INFO

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (postgraduate qualification advantageous). - Minimum 6-10 years of progressive experience in retail buying and merchandise planning, with at least 3-5 years in a senior/head-of role. - Proven track record in a multi-store or omnichannel retail environment, ideally within sporting goods, outdoor, hunting, fashion, or general merchandise sectors. - Strong understanding of the South African retail landscape, import/export processes, and relevant regulations.
