Join Our Client's Team as an Appointment Setter Location: Pretoria East (Tshwane) About the Role: Our client is seeking an Appointment Setter to join the team. As the main point of contact for enquiries, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the booking process with accuracy and efficiency. Duties and Responsibilities: Respond to all enquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone, social media, and website Deliver fast, personalised responses to every enquiry Assist walk-in clients when required Maintain accurate records on CRM systems Manage and coordinate schedules effectively Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality sales or client service Fluent in Afrikaans and English Own reliable transport to travel to Pretoria East Proficiency in Office software including Google Sheets and Google Docs Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8h00 to 17h00, Saturday 8h00 to 14h00, Public holidays 8h00 to 14h00. Availability required between 17h00 to 20h00 with occasional later responses for high-intent enquiries. Sectors: Events & Conferencing, Hospitality & Food This role offers a probation period with the potential to become permanent, providing a hybrid work opportunity. The role can also evolve into the role of Sales Lead. Our client offers basic remuneration and a commission structure.
