Sales Talent & Culture Lead

As the Sales Talent & Culture Lead, you will drive our full sales talent strategy, from recruitment and development to culture stewardship and succession. You will partner with sales leaders and HRBPs to ensure the right people, with the right behaviours, are in the right roles to fuel our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Deliver fast, high-quality recruitment and build strong candidate pipelines.
• Development & Mobility: Drive development initiatives and transparent career paths to support internal mobility.
• Succession Planning: Build and maintain strong talent benches for critical sales roles.
• Culture Alignment: Embed WeBuyCars culture and values across hiring, onboarding, and leadership practices.
• Talent Insights: Provide accurate talent data and analytics to support leadership decision-making.

Requirements

• Education: Master's degree in Industrial / Organisational Psychology.
• Registration: Registered with the HPCSA as an Industrial Psychologist.
• Experience: 6+ years in talent management, OD, or performance management.
• Assessments: Certified user of Saville, SHL, Thomas International, or JVR products.
• Skills: Proficient in Excel/G-Suite; talent analytics experience is highly advantageous.
