Olarm is looking for a Head of Marketing/Marketing Manager to lead and evolve the company’s marketing function with a strong focus on AI-driven strategy, automation, and data-led growth.

This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can leverage

AI tools, data, and modern marketing technologies to drive brand, demand generation, and scalable growth across both consumer and channel markets.

They Will Be Responsible For

  • Developing and executing a marketing strategy aligned with company objectives, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled growth and efficiency.
  • Building and executing a modern, AI-enhanced brand strategy.
  • Driving lead generation and revenue growth through data-driven and automated marketing initiatives.
  • Embedding AI tools and processes across the marketing function to improve performance, personalization, and scalability.
  • Ensuring marketing is deeply integrated into product, sales, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & AI-Driven Marketing

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with company goals, leveraging AI for targeting, personalization, and optimisation.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement AI tools and platforms to improve marketing performance and efficiency.
  • Build scalable, automated marketing systems across acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Brand & Positioning

  • Define and execute a strong, differentiated brand strategy.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Use AI-driven insights to refine messaging and positioning.

Campaigns & Demand Generation

  • Plan and execute data-driven marketing campaigns (digital and offline).
  • Leverage AI to optimise campaign performance (e.g., targeting, creative testing, channel mix).
  • Drive lead generation across both consumer and channel markets.
  • Continuously analyse and optimise campaigns based on performance data.

Product Marketing & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Ensure marketing, branding, and customer insights are represented during product development.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to align messaging and go-to-market strategies.
  • Support product launches with coordinated, high-impact campaigns.

Sales Enablement

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to:
    • Align marketing and sales strategies.
    • Provide high-quality, conversion-focused content and campaigns.
  • Ensure seamless handover from marketing to sales through well-defined funnels and systems.

Team Leadership & Execution

  • Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring clear priorities, accountability, and high performance.
  • Manage workload, timelines, and campaign execution across the team.
  • Build a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation

  • Regularly review campaign and channel performance using analytics tools.
  • Track and report on key metrics (lead generation, CAC, conversion rates, ROI).
  • Adapt marketing plans based on performance and business needs.

Partnerships, PR & Exposure

  • Manage public relations and media engagement.
  • Identify and execute on opportunities to increase brand exposure.
  • Build and manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and platforms.
  • Plan and execute marketing activations with strategic partners.
  • Plan and execute all events, campaigns, social media, advertising etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally within tech, SaaS, or IoT.
  • Strong experience developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g., AI content tools, CRM automation, campaign optimisation tools).
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and team leadership abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and digital advertising tools.
