POSITION INFO

National Car and Van Rental Company is seeking to employ a Branch Supervisor to join their ever-growing team. To provide a customer-focused and efficient reception function at the branch To receive on-site customers and ensure their requirements are met To receive & send all deliveries/packages accurately To maintain all health protocols in the office environment To maintain access control at the branch - front gate/office To provide administrative support to the branch manager as requested To receive and communicate any client queries and bookings To support the branch team in maintaining the daily schedule of deliveries/pick-ups To coordinate with & support the Rental Agents & Drivers to effect all deliveries/collections of vehicles on time To coordinate & support the Branch Manager and Fleet manager regarding all vehicles To support the Branch Manager with invoicing To support the KAM with call client queries & follow-ups To support the branch during month-end processes To professionally maintain the flow of all administrative activities at the branch Assist branches nationally with Administration Assist branch with sourcing vehicles and sub hires To manage fines at the branch To compile and send to head office credit card report Cash allocation Manage petty cash Assist with quoting Requirements: Grade 12 Valid South-African driver's license Relevant Industry Experience Client Offers: Competitive market related salary Please send your salary expectation and CV to Pieter, email:
