SUMMARY

Are you an energetic and results-driven sales professional who excels at prospecting, building strong client relationships, and closing deals?

Our client based in Cape Town is looking for a proactive, self-starting individual who enjoys uncovering new business opportunities and nurturing long-term customer partnerships. Experience in the renewable energy sector would be beneficial, however full product training will be provided.

A valid South African driver’s licence and own reliable transport are essential.

Requirements: Matric or similar qualification Willing to use own vehicle for work purposes (fuel is covered by the company) Proven external sales experience with a strong track record of new business development Experience in cold calling and generating your own sales opportunities Ability to confidently present solutions and negotiate with decision-makers Excellent communication, relationship-building, and closing skills Computer literacy (MS Office and CRM systems) Experience within renewable energy, electrical, solar, batteries or related technical industries would be highly advantageous Duties: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and market research Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients Promote and sell battery and energy storage solutions to installers, distributors and renewable energy companies Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations Follow up on leads and sales enquiries in a timely manner Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Maintain an up-to-date CRM database and sales pipeline Collaborate with the owner to ensure smooth order processing and customer service delivery Salary: R10,000 basic + commission.
