SUMMARY

An exciting opportunity is available for a detail-oriented and inquisitive Business Analyst to support product development across multiple markets in Africa. This role offers exposure to the full value chain of a growing financial services environment, including credit, collections, customer onboarding, and system integrations.

POSITION INFO

Working closely with Product Owners and key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technical delivery , ensuring the development of impactful, user-focused solutions. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement and data analysis Develop solution design documents, user stories, wireframes, and process flows Analyse current processes and contribute to improving operational efficiency and customer experience Define and maintain business rules and system configurations Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data, credit, and engineering Support testing, validation, and deployment of solutions Contribute to Agile processes including backlog grooming and sprint planning Maintain clear, structured documentation and knowledge bases Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field 2-5 years' experience in business analysis, product support, or consulting Strong understanding of requirements gathering and process analysis Experience working in Agile environments Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar Highly analytical, organised, and solution-driven What Makes This Role Stand Out: Exposure to a fast-growing, multi-country financial services environment Opportunity to work across end-to-end product development Strong focus on data-driven decision-making and innovation Ideal for individuals passionate about financial inclusion and impactful work Apply now!
