We are seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded, and resilient Financial Manager (CA/SA) to oversee our client’s financial operations.

Qualifications & Experience (Non-Negotiable)

·        Registered Chartered Accountant South Africa (CA/SA)

·        Minimum of 7 years of post-article experience in a legal or insurance financial management role.

·        Strong commercial acumen with the ability to look beyond the numbers to optimize operational efficiency.

·        Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial operational managers.

·        Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Syspro, SAP, Sage Evolution) and advanced MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

·        Financial Reporting & Management Accounting

·        Oversee the entire accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

·        Prepare, analyze, and present consolidated financial statements for local and foreign operations

·        Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support executive decision-making.

Leadership & Team Management

·        Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and accuracy.

·        Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to align financial targets with operational deliverables.
