Regional Sales Manager to join our client - a leading automotive organisation. If you have a strong background in OEM or dealership sales management and are passionate about driving performance through strategy, coaching, and data-driven decision-making, we'd love to hear from you.

POSITION INFO

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA or postgraduate qualification will be advantageous. 5-8 years' experience within the automotive industry. Proven experience in sales management within an OEM or dealership environment. Strong understanding of dealership operations and automotive market dynamics. Experience using CRM systems and sales performance management tools. Key Responsibilities Drive new vehicle sales performance across a regional dealership network. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional sales targets. Analyse sales data, market trends, and dealership performance to identify growth opportunities. Coach, mentor, and support dealership sales teams to improve performance and customer outcomes.
