Internal Sales Representative - Montague Gardens, Cape Town. At first, a fixed-term contract for 3 months (thereafter based on performance permanency) Our client, a well-established company in the supply and distribution sector, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Sales Representative to join their Cape Town team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with customers, and has a strong administrative and sales support background. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming sales inquiries via phone and email Prepare and follow up on quotations Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Maintain strong relationships with existing clients Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment Keep customer records up to date on internal systems Assist the sales team with administrative support Work towards achieving monthly sales targets Matric (Grade 12) Previous experience in an internal sales/sales support/customer service role Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Good computer literacy (MS Office essential; CRM experience advantageous) Close attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and work under pressure If you would like to apply, please send your updated CV and relevant documents to Should you not hear from us within two weeks, kindly consider your application unsuccessful.
