Stanchion Payments is hiring a Project Administrator to support the delivery team and help drive momentum across multiple technology projects.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Project Administrator to join our delivery team. In this role, you will support the Project Management team by ensuring accurate project data, enabling real-time reporting, and helping drive the successful delivery of technology projects.

You will work closely with Project Managers, the PM Team Lead, Head of Delivery, and cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality project information, support reporting processes, and provide insights into project performance.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain accurate, up-to-date project data across multiple technology initiatives.
  • Consolidate and validate project information to ensure data integrity for reporting and analysis.
  • Assist in preparing internal project dashboards, status reports, and resource planning insights.
  • Prepare structured data for the PM Team Lead and Head of Global Delivery to monitor project progress, risks, and performance trends.
  • Use Stanchion’s time management tool to generate detailed reports on time spent across projects and teams.
  • Analyse time and project data to identify inconsistencies, trends, and anomalies, and flag these to relevant Project Managers.
  • Support governance, reporting, and administrative activities within a fast-paced PM environment.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between project tracking and delivery outputs.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Previous project administration experience.
  • Results-oriented individual.
  • Ability to coordinate with many different teams and customers across multiple geographic locations, fostering teamwork.
  • Excellent timekeeping and self-management skills.
  • Ability to positively influence others to achieve results.
  • Contribute to service delivery and organisational effectiveness
  • Must be able to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Well organised and high attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (English).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy and reporting.
  • Advanced skills in Excel or similar data/reporting tools; familiarity with dashboards or BI tools is an advantage.
  • Experience working with project tracking or time management systems (e.g., Jira, MS Project) is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights for stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in an agile, fast-moving environment.
