We are seeking a Sales Manager for our Used Vehicles division, where you will focus on leading a team to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction. This role is pivotal in managing and developing strategies for our used vehicle inventory while fostering a high-performance sales culture that meets the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for used vehicles.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities in the used vehicle sector.
- Manage inventory levels and optimize pricing strategies to maximize profitability and sales velocity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referral opportunities.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills.
- Collaborate with marketing to design promotional campaigns that effectively showcase used vehicle offerings.
