Sales Representatives

my client has been a leader in the packaging industry for over twenty years - we have been proudly servicing the retail, hospitality and FMCG markets throughout South Africa with a complete range of both disposable and reusable packaging products. Our range defines the market requirements of the industries we provide solutions for. Deli, Bakery, Butchery, Fish Shop, Catering categories as well as Hygiene and Safety protocols are all included in our areas of expertise.

Quite simply our range, quality, price and the many years of experience we have make us the preferred partner of many blue chip outlets, both independent and national chain operations.

min 2 yrs sales exp - stable sales record

able to travel and follow a set route and able to sleep out if required - all covered by the company

manage monthly and weekly targets

the Rep must be able to learn quickly. We have many products in our warehouse and they would need to know after a week of being in our warehouse at least some of the products

Look for opposition on their stores

There would be on the job training with our area sales manager on a route that has already been established. The manager will be with the rep until that are comfortable to be on their own

We are not looking for an order taker but more a well rounded gent that’s confident/ people person willing to go the extra mile for their customer

This role would suit an energetic young male who is self motivated / or older gent that has good experience

We do have procedures in place with the vehicles- they are tracked and we have a system that monitors their movements - like time start / time in store etc.

there is No commission offered, its a set basic of R20 000 - R30 000pm as the route is set and clients are already in place
