Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant/Researcher or Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Strong client management experience
• Fluency in Afrikaans
• Advanced Excel skills

POSITION INFO

Technical Competencies & Experience: Engage confidently and enthusiastically with clients Understand the client's industry, business and vacancy that needs to be filled Advertise vacancies on all job portals and social media accurately and effectively Search portals, in-house databases, and social media to find the 'right fit' candidate Screen and shortlist the best CV's from advert responses and searches Research and interview shortlisted candidates Conduct references and integrity checks Update and maintain the recruitment management system in an effective manner Assist in all forms of advertising, marketing and sales Identifying and approaching targeted clients Behavioural Competencies: Highly driven and people-focused Results-driven mindset Strong communication skills and sales abilities Highly tech-savvy with the ability to master new software and digital tools Please Note - Should you not hear back from us within the next 2 weeks, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
