Customer Experience Coordinator Are you the type of person who naturally asks, "How can we make this better?" Our client, a growing business in the health and wellness sector, is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to join their team. This is not a traditional customer service role. We''re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and creating exceptional customer experiences. You''ll be the person who not only resolves customer queries but also identifies why issues occur and helps prevent them from happening again. What You''ll Be Doing Delivering exceptional customer service and support Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently Managing customer queries and seeing them through to resolution Maintaining accurate customer and order records Identifying recurring customer issues and trends Suggesting and implementing process improvements Documenting procedures and helping create more efficient ways of working Supporting day-to-day operational and administrative activities Working closely with management to improve customer experience and business performance We''re Looking For Someone Who Is: Naturally curious and solutions-driven Proactive rather than reactive Positive, professional and calm under pressure Highly organised with strong attention to detail Commercially aware and able to think beyond today''s task Comfortable learning new systems and technology Analytical enough to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement Confident making recommendations and taking ownership Ideal Experience Previous experience in customer service, customer support, sales administration or a similar role Strong administrative and organisational skills Good computer literacy and confidence working with systems Experience processing orders and managing customer queries A track record of taking initiative and improving processes will be highly advantageous Success in This Role Within your first few months, you''ll be identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey, streamlining processes, reducing response times and helping management focus on higher-value activities.
