SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
SMME Transaction Manager to support the end-to-end management of funding deals within a development finance / lending environment. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong financial acumen, deal execution capability, and a passion for supporting small and medium enterprises.

Key Responsibilities Manage SMME transactions from inception to closure Conduct financial analysis and age analysis Ensure SOP compliance and follow-ups throughout deal lifecycle Support and implement business and funding strategies Drive deal structuring, due diligence, and reporting Maintain accurate documentation and stakeholder communication Minimum Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, BCom Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or a related field Experience 4-5 years' experience in: Financial services / development finance / lending environments SMME support or SME financing Non-Negotiable Skills Proven experience in: SMME Transaction Management Deal Management (Inception to Closure) SOP Compliance and Follow-ups Technical Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, financial modelling) PowerPoint proficiency AI knowledge/experience advantageous APPLY NOW
