Responsibilities: Client Service Excellence: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and building long-term trust. Rapid Response: Swiftly attend to client queries, messages, and quote requests with accuracy and enthusiasm. Relationship Management: Nurture existing client relationships and ensure their experience with the business is seamless from inquiry to delivery. Requirements: Industry Experience: A background in the Wholesale or Retail space is highly preferred.
