POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Lead the full finance function across the regional business. Drive financial strategy, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes. Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements. Oversee inventory accounting and controls within a complex operational environment. Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting processes. Partner with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making. Drive financial performance, efficiencies, and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams across the region. Manage stakeholder relationships both locally and internationally. Requirements ✔ CA(SA) qualification (essential) ✔ Minimum 15 years post-articles experience ✔ Proven experience within a multinational organisation ✔ Experience managing large revenue turnovers and complex financial operations ✔ Strong full finance function experience ✔ Inventory accounting experience is essential ✔ Demonstrated leadership and team management capability ✔ Stable career track record with strong tenure history ✔ Open to candidates from a variety of industries (excluding Financial Services, Banking, and IT)
