SUMMARY

Seeking a Marketing Coordinator for the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activities across the group’s companies. The role focuses on content creation, brand consistency, digital marketing, and event coordination to help increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.

POSITION INFO

Qualifications & Experience Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Approximately 2-4 years' experience in a marketing coordination or marketing support role. Experience managing social media, content creation, and marketing campaigns. Experience in a B2B environment would be advantageous Responsibilities include: Digital Marketing Manage and update company websites and social media platforms. Create and schedule social media and email marketing content. Assist with SEO activities and online marketing initiatives. Monitor website and social media analytics. Content & Brand Support Create and update marketing materials including brochures, presentations, company profiles, and website content. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications. Coordinate content from various departments and subject matter experts. Lead Generation & Sales Support Support lead generation campaigns and marketing initiatives. Assist with the preparation of proposals, tenders, and client presentations. Maintain marketing databases and contact lists. Events & Communications Coordinate company events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking opportunities. Assist with internal and external communications. Support employer branding and marketing activities. Skills & Competencies Strong organisational and coordination skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Attention to detail and creativity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms. Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting.
