Company based in Matroosfontein is looking for an Administrative Manager to manage all operational administration to ensure smooth running of the company’s offices and contributes to driving sustainable growth.
POSITION INFO
Duties: Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies Supervising administrative staff by dividing responsibilities to ensure performance Pro-actively interact and engage with Operational Management to understand areas of improvement and ensure that turn-around times are shortened to continuously improve customer satisfaction. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies Ensure that administration functions result in contractual and governance compliance. Formulate strategy and operational objectives Provide a governance roll in terms of regional compliance to administrative functions Assist Operations with administrative queries Requirements: Matric (Senior Certificate) National Diploma in Finance / Accounting At least 5+ years' experience in a similar role Valid SA Driver's License Strong Financial Background IT Training (General MS etc.) MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Project & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level) D365 Initiative/Proactivity Management Skills Customer Focus Teamwork & Partnering Highly Motivated Subordinates Capacity Building Negotiation Skills Relationship Building Stress Tolerant Excellent Written Communication skills
