SUMMARY

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Manage all warehouse, receiving and dispatch operations. Ensure stock accuracy, inventory control and stock integrity. Oversee stock counts, cycle counts and variance investigations. Manage order fulfilment, dispatch and delivery performance. Supervise goods receiving and GRN processing. Monitor warehouse KPIs, productivity and operational performance. Maintain warehouse safety, security and housekeeping standards. Lead, coach and manage warehouse staff. Drive process improvements and ensure SOP compliance. Handle customer returns, credits and stock discrepancies. Key Requirements Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field. 3–5 years' warehouse management or supervisory experience. Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations. Strong people management and leadership skills. Advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with Sage 300, Netstock and CRM systems. Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities. Experience in electrical or industrial environments advantageous.
