The role

Market Change and Communications Lead

What You'll Be Responsible For

Market Change Management

  • Lead and deliver market‑level change management interventions for local deployment, using methods, tools, and materials defined in the global Change Playbooks and localised by wave teams.
  • Validate and conduct local Change Impact Assessments (CIA), capturing impacts within the Change Impact Templates.
  • Attend local design workshops where required to understand process, system, and organisational impacts.
  • Manage and mitigate market‑level change risks, issues, and roadblocks, escalating to the Market Change Advocate and Regional Change Team as appropriate.
  • Collate ongoing feedback and readiness insights from market teams and report progress and concerns to regional stakeholders.

Communications Management

  • Own and deliver the market‑level communications plan, leveraging materials from the global Communications Toolkit.
  • Localise global and wave communication content to suit local market requirements, audiences, and tone of voice.
  • Ensure consistent, timely, and effective communications to support awareness, engagement, and adoption.
  • Coordinate translation requirements where necessary to support local audiences.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and manage a team of Market Change Agents, ensuring effective execution of change and communications activities across functions.
  • Provide guidance and direction to tailor global communications and change interventions based on local functional needs.
  • Foster collaboration between local business teams, deployment teams, and regional change stakeholders.

Stakeholder & Governance Engagement

  • Act as a key interface between the market, regional change team, and deployment leadership.
  • Support formal governance forums by providing updates, raising risks and issues, and contributing to decision‑making.
  • Ensure alignment between local business needs and global change standards.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has experience working within change management, transformation, or large‑scale business programmes.
  • Demonstrates understanding of change management frameworks and methodologies (desirable but not essential).
  • Has strong knowledge of local market operations, including organisational structures, stakeholders, and ways of working.
  • Brings a proven track record of involvement in complex transformation initiatives.
  • Possesses strong programme and stakeholder management skills, including planning, prioritisation, and decision‑making.
  • Has experience leading and managing teams.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and influencing skills across multiple stakeholder levels.
  • Is comfortable operating within formal governance environments, raising risks and issues where required.
