Requirements : Qualification in Human Resources or Management Sciences or similar. HR Professional (HRP) certification advantageous/preferred. 6+ years Human Resources Generalist experience. 3–6 years Employment Equity experience. 3–6 years Industrial Relations experience. 3–6 years Organisational Development experience. 3–6 years Employee Benefits experience. Responsibilities : Align HR strategy with business objectives and position HR as a strategic business partner. Provide expert HR advisory services and ensure consistent HR support across business units. Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and retention strategies. Manage recruitment processes and oversee graduate programme compliance and execution. Drive performance management processes and monitor transformation and diversity objectives. Provide guidance on employee relations, industrial relations, and legislative compliance matters. Support HR projects and identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the business. Strategic thinking and HR strategy implementation. Results-driven with strong execution capability.
