Our client within the gaming and entertainment industry is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and performance of a portfolio of regulated gaming products. This role is responsible for managing product lifecycles from concept through to launch and ongoing optimisation, ensuring commercial success, regulatory compliance, and an engaging customer experience.

The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and stakeholder management skills to drive product performance, revenue growth, and innovation within a highly regulated environment.

  • Develop and execute product strategies for a portfolio of gaming products.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from concept, development, launch, and ongoing optimisation.
  • Design and enhance product mechanics, reward structures, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Drive sales, revenue, profitability, and product performance targets.
  • Analyse customer behaviour, market trends, and product performance data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare forecasts, business cases, and performance reports.
  • Ensure products comply with all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, retail, finance, technology, and compliance teams.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, product enhancements, and portfolio growth.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry developments.
  • Support the successful launch of new products and promotional campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Product Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Product Management, Gaming, Betting, FMCG, Retail, Financial Services, or a related industry.
  • Proven experience managing product performance and commercial outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and business performance reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience interpreting customer insights and market research.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Passion for innovation, customer experience, and product development.
  • Salary: R45,000 – R65,000 CTC per month, dependent on experience and qualifications.
  • Permanent position.
