POSITION INFO

Our Client is looking for an experienced Retail Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. The Retail Sales Manager will supervise and co-ordinate the day-to-day activities of customer service, staff, stock and inventory workers, cashiers and sales associates of the entire retail store. The aim is to maximise profits while minimising costs. You will interview and hire employees, direct training, and conduct performance evaluations, setting work schedules and assigning job duties for efficiency. Provide customer service which can include answering questions or responding to customer complaints. Track inventory, place merchandise orders, monitor sales, signing off cash drawers reconciliations and receipts, and inspect the store to adjust product displays. Ensure promotions are run accurately and to the Company''s standards, ensure that staff are all working towards the target for the day and that excellent customer care standards are always met. Minimum requirements: 5 - 10 years Management and Sales experience in the Retail Industry. Understanding of Retail processes and procedures. Strategic thinking and planning. SYSPRO experience required.
