Our client is looking for a reliable, detail‑driven Feed Mill Team Leader to support production operations and ensure high‑quality feed manufacturing. WHAT YOU NEED National Senior Certificate (NQF 4) 1 year supervisory experience (advantageous) Knowledge of feed mill machinery & equipment (advantageous) Strong attention to detail & prioritisation skills Resilience, persistence & reliability MS Office proficiency KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct regular quality control checks on feed ingredients & final product Manufacture feed according to formulas & quality standards Ensure staff follow procedures & maintain production discipline Troubleshoot production issues & equipment malfunctions quickly Minimise downtime through proactive problem‑solving Maintain accurate records & support smooth daily operations ABOUT THE ROLE This position requires someone who can stay calm under pressure, lead a small team, and ensure consistent, high‑quality feed production. You'll play a key role in keeping operations efficient and reliable.
