Key Responsibilities Business Development: Monitor and assess regional sales and market data to produce strategic reports for management . Relationship Management: Develop and execute relationship management plans for complex potential customer accounts to engage key decision-makers . Customer Needs Clarification: Tailor high-impact presentations to address the specific needs, concerns, and objectives of corporate clients . Strategic Selling: Utilize personal expertise to present standard and complex product configurations with a clear commercial rationale . Market Networking: Actively build and maintain a personal network within the business sector to enhance organizational visibility and reputation . Account Management: Manage a customer contact plan for new product launches and serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries . Data & Compliance: Maintain accurate CRM system records and ensure all work adheres to strict organizational policies and regulatory codes of conduct . ### Experience & Qualifications Required To be considered for this elite role, you must meet the following criteria: Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven industry and commercial sales experience . Education: Matric or a SAQA-accredited equivalent . Regulatory Compliance: Full FAIS accreditation (150 credits) and RE 5 are essential . Advantageous: RE 1 certification will be highly advantageous . ### Key Skills & Competencies Advanced commercial acumen and tactical negotiation skills . An expert verbal communicator capable of establishing rapid rapport and trust within client buying centers . A proven track record of managing customer indifference and closing deals effectively .
