Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? Do you have a passion for operational excellence, stock accuracy, team leadership, and maintaining world-class warehouse standards? We are looking for a hands-on, highly organised Warehouse Supervisor to take ownership of daily warehouse and freezer operations at our facility.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Leading and supervising warehouse and freezer teams to achieve operational targets Planning and coordinating stock receipts, storage, picking, and dispatch activities Ensuring stock accuracy through cycle counts, stock control, and discrepancy resolution Managing daily deliveries and dispatch documentation Maintaining cold chain integrity from receiving through to delivery Driving compliance with HACCP, Health & Safety, PPE, and housekeeping standards Monitoring warehouse equipment and reporting breakdowns or maintenance requirements Managing staff performance, training, attendance, leave, and timesheets Coordinating stock takes and ensuring inventory integrity Ensuring all warehouse processes operate efficiently, safely, and according to company procedures Non-Negotiable Requirements Qualification in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field 3-5 years' experience in a Warehouse Supervisory role Minimum 5 years' experience within warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations Proven experience working with Sage (preferably Sage X3) Strong stock management and inventory control experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong leadership, organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills Shift work required (7:00-19:00 and 19:00-07:00 rotating shifts) Overtime will be required as operational demands dictate Benefits: Employer contribution towards medical aid Employer contribution towards provident fund Bi-annual performance bonuses Night shift allowance Overtime compensation
