SUMMARY
A well-known chemical company requires a Finance / HR Administrator to manage financial administration tasks, including the accurate capturing of transactions, processing of invoices, and providing general administrative support within the finance function, while also assisting with HR-related administrative tasks.
POSITION INFO
Minimum requirements for the role: A Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in accounting or equivalent is essential for this role. No prior work experience required (training will be provided). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS office applications. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial systems. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Managing financial administration tasks, including the accurate capturing of transactions, processing of invoices, and providing general administrative support within the finance function, while also assisting with HR-related administrative tasks. Assisting with processing invoices, receipts, and payments whilst maintaining and updating financial records and documentation. Reconciling bank statements and supplier accounts as well as supporting month-end and year-end close processes. Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and audits and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Managing employee contracts and maintaining proper employment records Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
