A leading fashion retailer has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Senior Store Manager to join its flagship store at the V&A Waterfront.

This role is ideal for a passionate retail leader with a proven track record in driving sales, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of store operations, ensuring commercial success, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service and brand presentation. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales performance and achieve store targets Lead, coach, and develop store staff Manage recruitment, training, and performance processes Ensure exceptional customer service standards Oversee stock control, shrinkage management, and inventory accuracy Maintain visual merchandising and operational excellence Manage store administration, cash handling, and daily reporting Minimum Requirements: Matric Certificate (essential) Previous retail and customer service experience Proven track record of achieving sales targets 2+ years of retail management experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills We Are Looking For Someone Who Is: Target-driven and commercially minded Passionate about retail and fashion trends Confident, professional, and customer-focused Able to motivate and inspire teams Organised, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure
