Job Description: You will play a central role in delivering seamless, relevant, and high-impact communications across multiple platforms. Working at the intersection of strategy and operations, you will turn business objectives into actionable, measurable marketing activity. Key areas of responsibility include: End-to-End Customer Journeys Design, build and continuously enhance lifecycle journeys across email, mobile, app and web channels Platform & Programme Enablement Lead the onboarding and integration of new and existing customer programmes into digital platforms, ensuring alignment across systems, messaging, and data flows Campaign Execution Deliver targeted, multi-channel campaigns, balancing business-as-usual activity with strategic projects Collaboration Across Teams Work closely with product, engineering, data and commercial teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment of marketing initiatives Testing & Continuous Improvement Develop structured testing plans (including A/B and multivariate testing) to optimise engagement, retention and conversion rates Performance Analysis Track, measure and interpret campaign performance, providing actionable insights to refine and improve results Skills & Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, CRM, or customer lifecycle roles within a data-driven environment Hands-on experience using advanced marketing automation and customer engagement platforms Strong project management capability, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives Experience in lifecycle or transactional marketing across digital or mobile channels Analytical mindset with confidence in using data to guide decision-making Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills Strong attention to detail and a proactive, delivery-focused approach Qualification: Marketing degree or related qualification Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
