Junior Clerk of Works - Pretoria - Market related salary (7-month Contract) This is an excellent opportunity for an on-site professional to provide vital quality control support, monitor project workmanship, and ensure strict compliance with approved engineering standards on an active construction site. Key Responsibilities Quality Control: Provide junior on-site quality control support through regular site monitoring. Compliance & Verification: Assist with the verification of workmanship, installation quality, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Document Coordination: Partner with the Document Controller to ensure all quality, construction, and design documentation is properly tracked, filed, and maintained. Project Handover: Actively support the compilation and preparation of the final project data handover pack. Reporting Lines: Report directly to the Client's Construction Manager and Project Manager, as applicable. Requirements & Contract Details Duration: Approximately 7 months. Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent tracking/organizational skills, and solid on-site communication capabilities.
