Job Summary:
A Warehouse General Worker is responsible for supporting warehouse activities by handling stock, loading and unloading goods, keeping storage areas organized, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks or delivery vehicles
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
• Move stock using trolleys, pallet jacks, or other equipment
• Organize shelves and storage areas neatly
• Assist with stock counting and inventory checks
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect stock
• Keep the warehouse clean and safe
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety procedures
• Help with general manual labor as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Grade 10 / Grade 12 (often preferred)
• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items
• Basic counting and record-keeping skills
• Good teamwork and communication
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions

• Warehouse or distribution center environment
• Long periods of standing, walking, lifting, and bending
• May require shifts, overtime, weekends, or public holiday work
