Our client, specializing in financial analytics, is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join their dynamic team and contribute to their mission of providing actionable insights in the finance industry.

Key Responsibilities: Data Collection & Management: Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity. Maintain and update databases and systems. Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify anomalies and trends. Reporting & Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders effectively. Collaboration: Partner with the finance team to understand data needs and provide valuable insights. Work with IT and other departments to implement data-driven solutions. Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement process improvements. Stay current with industry trends and best practices. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification is a plus. Experience: 1-2 years in data analysis within the finance industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, advanced Excel. Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools. Familiarity with financial databases. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail. Capable of interpreting complex data and presenting it clearly. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain findings to non-technical stakeholders.
