- Monitors vehicle and parts inventory levels
- Recruits, mentors, and develops departmental managers
- Drives revenue and manages the bottom line across all dealership departments
- Ensure accurate record keeping and reporting systems are maintained
- Ensures the dealership meets or exceeds OEM franchise standards
- Drives Customer Satisfaction Index
- Grade 12
- Management Degree or equivalent
- Driver’s license - Valid Code EB
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the heavy commercial vehicles industry
