Today I'm searching for a NetSuite Support Specialist.

Not just someone who says they "know NetSuite" because they once reset a password in 2019. No, I'm looking for the person who actually knows why the workflow has stopped working, can untangle integrations without breaking everything else, and somehow remains calm while everyone around them insists, "It was working yesterday."

You know who you are.

You might be my perfect match if

• You've supported Oracle NetSuite ERP in a commercial environment.
• You know your way around Finance, Inventory, Procurement, CRM or Order Management modules.
• Saved Searches, SuiteAnalytics and Workflows are second nature.
• You've dabbled in SuiteScript, REST/SOAP APIs or integrations (gold star if you have).
• You're brilliant at solving problems without making users feel silly.
• You can explain technical things without sounding like you've swallowed the user manual.

NetSuite certifications? Lovely.

Real-world experience? Even better.
