• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Extensive commercial experience with Java and modern backend development.
• Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, and event-driven design.
• A passion for writing clean, maintainable, production-ready code.
• The ability to see the bigger picture while never losing sight of the details.
