The Role: Retail Sales Consultant The purpose of this role is to assist customers, drive sales, and maintain the standards of the retail store. The successful candidate will contribute to the daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and focus on achieving sales targets within the branch. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers who enter the store to ensure a high-quality shopping experience. Drive sales and work towards achieving designated store targets. Maintain the visual standards and neatness of the shop floor and product displays. Process customer transactions accurately at the point of sale. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. About You Relevant experience in a retail sales environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude. Ability to work effectively within a retail team environment. Reliable, punctual, and organized. Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
