Working across corporate events, conferences, brand activations, sports, hospitality, portraiture, and lifestyle campaigns, they manage a trusted network of photographers and videographers across more than 30 countries. The Role: Account Manager & Talent Coordinator This is a diverse and fast-paced role supporting the day-to-day operations of an expanding international creative agency. Working closely with senior leadership, you will manage client enquiries, prepare proposals and quotations, coordinate photographers and videographers globally, onboard new creative talent, and support projects from enquiry through to successful delivery. The role combines account management, talent coordination, operations, production support, and business development, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives in a client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities 3+ years of experience within a photography agency, production company, event agency, creative services business, talent management company, or similar environment Manage inbound client enquiries and qualify opportunities effectively Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and client-facing documentation Maintain CRM records and manage sales pipeline activity Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, venues, and industry partners Source, assess, recruit, and onboard photographers and videographers internationally Conduct portfolio reviews and screening conversations with prospective creatives Negotiate rates, availability, and working arrangements with freelance talent Coordinate bookings and communicate project requirements to creative teams Manage scheduling, logistics, contracts, booking confirmations, and project administration Support invoicing and financial administration processes Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and efficiencies Assist with website updates, content management, and marketing support activities About You 3+ years of experience in account management, talent coordination, production, creative services, events, or agency environments Proven experience working within photography production, videography, creative talent management, or related industries Strong commercial awareness and understanding of sales and client management processes Experience preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and project documentation Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a neutral, professional communication style Strong customer service and relationship management capabilities Experience sourcing, assessing, onboarding, or managing freelance creative talent Highly organised with strong project management and prioritisation skills Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LightBlue, or similar platforms Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Confident working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision Genuine interest in photography, videography, creative production, or events Proactive, commercially minded, and solutions-focused Experience with Squarespace, SEO, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or content marketing would be advantageous Existing network within creative, photography, videography, or production industries would be beneficial What's On Offer Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonus scheme Flexible remote working environment Significant growth and progression opportunities Exposure to globally recognised brands and international projects Direct collaboration with senior leadership Opportunity to influence processes and contribute to the future growth of the business Supportive, collaborative, and people-focused team culture Full-time role aligned to UK working hours, Monday to Friday
