About the Role

Our client is looking for a reliable and professional Night Shift Call Handler to support their international operations. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, recording basic information, and directing calls to the appropriate Support Agent.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who enjoy customer interaction and can remain professional under pressure. No previous IT experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming calls.
  • Record caller details accurately.
  • Route calls to the appropriate Support Agent.
  • Monitor call queues and ensure efficient call handling.
  • Take messages and relay information where required.
  • Maintain accurate records and notes.
  • Follow escalation procedures for urgent matters.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken English with a clear and professional telephone manner.
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, reception, or a call centre environment advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home office environment.
  • Comfortable working night shifts. Equipment will be provided
