POSITION INFO

The Multi Brand Luxury Brand Manager is responsible for leading the strategic and operational performance of a portfolio of luxury brands across 21 retail stores. The role drives sales growth, profitability, brand excellence, and operational execution while ensuring the right product is available in the right stores at the right time. Working closely with Brand Managers, the Ecommerce team, and the Operations Manager, the incumbent will develop and execute strategies that maximize commercial performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience across all channels. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and implement retail and brand strategies to achieve sales, profit, and growth targets. Lead the overall performance of the multi-brand store portfolio. Identify market trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities to drive business performance. Collaborate with Brand Managers to align retail strategies with brand objectives. Support the development and execution of annual business plans and budgets. Commercial & Financial Management Drive revenue growth and profitability across all stores. Maintain accountability for sales, margins, stock turn, and overall financial performance. Analyze sales, sell-through, and inventory data to optimize trading decisions. Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial targets are achieved. Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) across the portfolio. Merchandise Planning & Stock Management Ensure optimal stock allocation and replenishment across all stores. Utilize sales and sell-through data to place the right stock in the right stores at the right time. Partner with buying and planning teams to maximize inventory productivity. Monitor stock health, aged inventory, and markdown performance. Drive stock discipline and inventory efficiency to improve profitability. Retail Operations Management Oversee operational excellence across all 21 trading stores. Lead and support the Operations Manager to ensure consistent execution of company standards. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational requirements. Monitor store productivity and implement initiatives to improve efficiency. Drive customer service excellence throughout the retail network. Brand & Customer Experience Maintain luxury brand standards and ensure consistent execution across all stores. Partner with Brand Managers to deliver brand objectives and promotional activities. Enhance the customer journey and overall shopping experience. Ensure visual merchandising standards reflect brand positioning and commercial objectives. Ecommerce & Omnichannel Collaboration Work closely with the Ecommerce team to align online and in-store strategies. Support omnichannel initiatives that enhance customer engagement and drive sales. Utilize customer and sales data to identify opportunities across all sales channels. Ensure seamless integration between retail and digital operations. Leadership & People Management Lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail and operational teams. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Brand Managers, Planning, Buying, Marketing, and Ecommerce teams. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive employee engagement, succession planning, and talent development. Key Requirements Minimum 8-10 years of senior retail management experience, preferably within luxury, premium, fashion, or multi-brand retail environments. Proven experience managing multiple stores and large retail teams. Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in driving sales and profitability. Advanced analytical and planning skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data. Strong financial management and P&L experience. Experience working within omnichannel retail environments. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Advanced proficiency in retail reporting, forecasting, and inventory management systems.
