Job Description: Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance market presence Conduct market analysis to understand customer segments, identify trends, and uncover new opportunities Determine the most effective channels to engage target audiences and maximise reach Manage and optimise marketing budgets in line with strategic priorities Plan and execute campaigns, events, and partnership initiatives to increase brand awareness Drive digital marketing and social media efforts to support engagement and lead generation Build brand visibility through media engagement, content initiatives, and industry positioning Track, evaluate, and refine campaigns to ensure continuous improvement and measurable results Skills & Experience: Relevant degree or qualification in Marketing or a related field Minimum of five years' experience in a similar role, preferably within financial services Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in English and an additional South African language Experience working with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Qualification: Marketing degree or related qualification Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
