Job & Company Description: This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who understands solar PV systems but also knows how to close deals. You will be responsible for engaging clients, designing fit-for-purpose solar solutions, and driving revenue growth while ensuring technical accuracy and customer satisfaction. You'll operate at the intersection of engineering and sales - advising clients, supporting proposals, and ensuring projects are viable, competitive, and aligned to client needs. Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field Job Experience & Skills Required: Minimum 3-5 years' experience in solar PV or technical sales Strong understanding of solar PV systems (inverters, batteries, mounting, etc.) Experience with system sizing and proposal development Familiarity with design tools (PV*Sol, Helioscope - advantageous) Proven track record in client engagement or sales (highly advantageous) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients to understand energy needs and provide tailored solutions Prepare technical proposals, system designs, and cost estimates Support system sizing, performance calculations, and product selection Drive sales opportunities from lead generation to deal closure Conduct site visits and technical assessments Collaborate with engineering and project teams for execution Maintain strong relationships with clients, EPCs, and partners Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and regulations
