The Mission: What You’ll Own
Forget passive order-taking. You will completely own the expansion of the Gauteng corporate market share. Your core mission is to convert complex business risk assessments into long-term, highly profitable service level agreements (SLAs).
On a weekly and monthly basis, you will:
- Conquer the Gauteng Sector: Ramping up pipeline velocity by prospecting commercial, industrial, and retail decision-makers daily.
- Conduct High-Level Risk Consultations: Walking corporate properties to identify perimeter vulnerabilities and mapping out custom, tech-driven electronic security integrations.
- Pitch to the C-Suite: Translating technical capability and ROI into bulletproof corporate proposals directly to board executives, risk officers, and procurement heads.
- Secure Recurring Revenue: Driving a target-driven sales engine to capture 20 new major commercial accounts in your first year, generating R150,000 in new recurring monthly monitoring streams.

The Baseline Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven success selling electronic security or high-value corporate asset protection systems.
- Track Record: A clear history of prospecting and expanding regional market gaps, and consistently meeting or exceeding strict monthly quotas.
- Compliance & Credentials: A valid South African driver’s license, a Matric certificate, and an active, valid PSIRA registration status.
Your Technical and Psychological DNA
- You speak the language of corporate risk, effortlessly understanding IP CCTV architecture, wireless smart security management, biometrics, and advanced perimeter protection.
- You are a master negotiator capable of managing long-term, complex SLAs with industrial plant managers and corporate executives.
- You maintain total data accuracy within a CRM framework, ensuring that what you promise is seamlessly deployed by the technical operations team.
