POSITION INFO

A completed Matric / NTC3 is essential coupled with a minimum of 5-10 years proven Technical Sales experience with the focus of selling of consumable products including tools to the Industrial (Steel) markets essential. Proven auditable sales track record, target and number driven with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales goals. Formal sales training or qualification is a distinct advantage; technically orientated person; must be able to deal with complaints, objections and deliver solutions. Sales of company's product, achievement of forecasts / sales targets. Valid driver's license; must display responsibility and suitability for the role; South African citizenship required; strong customer relations experience, with solid communication and interpersonal skills.; proficient in CRM systems and computer literate (MS Office suite, in particular strong Excel skills); Top-tier product sales experience, ideally with premium brands with a willingness to travel for business, including spending one or two nights away per month on country trips.
