Core Responsibilities
In this position, you will serve as a premier brand ambassador, ensuring that international shoppers receive seamless, top-tier support for their digital retail needs.
- Omnichannel Support: Professionally manage complex customer queries across phone, email, and live chat, focusing on global shipping, logistics, and digital payment systems.
- First-Touch Resolution: Analyze and resolve customer issues effectively during the very first contact to maximize satisfaction.
- Industry Expertise: Stay informed on the latest digital retail trends and system upgrades to offer highly knowledgeable assistance.
- Information Management: Accurately log customer interactions in the database to help analyze and improve the overall consumer experience.
