An established and highly reputable organisation is seeking a commercially minded Divisional Financial Manager to lead the finance function and partner closely with operational leadership in delivering strategic and financial objectives.

Duties: Lead and oversee the division's finance function and financial reporting processes. Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis. Deliver meaningful management information and presentations to EXCO and senior stakeholders. Drive financial controls and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Partner with operational and commercial teams to support profitability and strategic decision-making. Perform cost-benefit analyses and provide input on project appraisals and pricing decisions. Identify and mitigate financial risks relating to taxation, liquidity, debtors, WIP, fraud, and unrecorded liabilities. Oversee annual audits and maintain relationships with external stakeholders. Drive process improvements and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations. Support transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the business. Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) Bachelor's Degree in Accounting CTA / Honours Professional qualification CA(SA), CIMA, or equivalent advantageous. Experience: Completed SAICA articles. 8 - 10 proven experience leading a finance function within a complex environment. Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting experience. Sound understanding of risk management, controls, and regulatory compliance. Commercial acumen with the ability to influence business decisions. Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Skills & Competencies: Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting expertise.
